OMTOM Club Training Runs

The Two Oceans Marathon NPC, organisers of the Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon (OMTOM), invite all OMTOM Ultra and Half Marathon runners to participate in a series of official OMTOM training runs.

Six training runs of varying distances will be organised and hosted by different Running Clubs across the Western Cape between 15 January and 12 March 2017.

These training runs will not affect any official races on the calendar, nor replace existing coaching programmes at clubs. Instead, these runs are specifically designed to complement existing coaching structures as well as act as an additional resource and service to runners to enhance their OMTOM experience.

What better way to make new friends, share stories and training tales, and #RunAsOne!

In addition to you enjoying the hospitality of the host Clubs, OMTOM will supply Coca-Cola and water, as well as medical assistance at these training runs.

Distance: 15km and 30km
Host Club: In Touch

Start time: 5:30am

The limit has been reached, and we cannot accommodate any more runners.

Runners must DOWNLOAD, SIGN AND BRING THE WAIVER FORM to their training run.
