OMTOM Club Training Runs
After a successful run in 2017, the OMTOM Training Runs are back ahead of #OMTOM2018. Two Oceans Marathon NPC, organisers of the Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon (OMTOM), invite all OMTOM Ultra and Half Marathon entrants to participate in this series of official OMTOM training runs.
Training runs of varying distances will be organised and hosted by different Running Clubs across the Western Cape between 7 January and 11 March 2018.

These training runs will not affect any official races on the calendar, nor replace existing coaching programmes at clubs. Instead, these runs are specifically designed to complement existing coaching structures as well as act as an additional resource and service to runners to enhance their OMTOM experience.

In addition to you enjoying the hospitality of the host Clubs, OMTOM will supply Coca-Cola and water, as well as medical assistance at these training runs.
